Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. Out of date vouchers by strictly 4 weeks can be redeemed for 50% of voucher value by permission of management only. Beauty therapy courses have to be pre-paid and are valid for 1 year.

Appointments
As we always endeavour to be punctual, we ask of you to be on time for your appointment as we regret your treatment time may be reduced if you arrive too late.
Due to high costs and appointment availability we ask for at least 24 hrs notice before any appointment cancellation, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% will have to be charged.
We would ask you to switch off your mobile phone to ensure comfort to other clients in therapy, thank you.
